About the Role

We seek a dedicated and compassionate Client-Centered Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a clinical supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing and supporting our team of mental health clinicians, ensuring that they provide exceptional client-centered care


. Provide clinical supervision and guidance to a team of up to 5 mental health clinical interns.
. Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions to support the professional growth and
development of our clinicians.
. Meet with an individual caseload of clients (minimum 25 hours per week) to provide counseling, progress
notation, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
. Understand the role of the mental health therapist in working with individuals, couples, children, and
. Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and
knowledge of clinicians.
. Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of mental health.
. Foster a positive and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration amongst
the team.
. Participate in regular Team meetings
. Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date records for patients.
. Participate in the interview process for new Counselors and therapists.
. Coach clinical staff on managing complex cases, improving their clinical skills, and adhering to clinical
policies and procedures.
. Provide direct clinical oversight and support on a regular basis
. Strong knowledge and experience in mental health counseling and psychotherapy
. Other duties as needed


  • MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE LICESURE as a Licensed-Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

  • Must be actively enrolled with Nevada Medicaid and Medicaid standard insurance panels.

  • Must be licensed and active as a Nevada Board Approved Mental Health Clinical Supervisor; Must have the ability to supervise Provisionally Licensed (Intern) therapists for licensure.

  • Strong knowledge of providing clinical supervision with a Minimum of 3 years providing individual therapy.

  • Excellent knowledge of client-centered care principles and evidence-based treatment modalities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently via hybrid structure and collaboratively with a diverse team of clinicians.

  • Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

  • Ability to set your own hours via telehealth while maintaining a hybrid model

  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients

  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner

  • Committed to personal growth and the development of self

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
